PAYMENT METHODS
We accept online payment via Credit Card. We also have Net30 accounts available upon request and approval.
All payments will be taken in US Dollars.
There is a minimum order value of $50.00.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We try to make sure that we are not commiting to supply items that we do
not have. There is still a possibility that items shown on the website are not immediately available, or it
is possible that the store inventory is in error,
you are therfore not guaranteed a product until your order has been processed.
We will e-mail you with confirmation of your order and process orders on first-come-first-serve
basis. We accept orders via email or phone as well as via the website.
In the event of a shortage, we will work to find an alternate supply of the item, or
your bill will be reduced accordingly.
PRICING
All pricing subject to change without notice. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee the listed price. Hutchins and Hutchins does not assume fault or responsibilty for any prices changes made before an order is placed. Final confirmation is requested as part of the ordering process, all prices shown during this step are final, it is your responsibility to check your order.
ACCEPTANCE
Hutchins & Hutchins provides cleanroom equipment and supplies primarily to businesses, we do not typically sell to individuals and reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason at our discretion.
INTERNATIONAL TERMS
Orders may be placed directly with us, Hutchins & Hutchins. Payments may be made in US dollars only by:
- U.S. funds drawn on U.S. bank
- Irrevocable letter of credit
- Cash against documents
- All charges to be paid by customer
NON PAYMENT
Invoice terms (when applicable) are net 30 days. Any invoices over 30 days will be subject to a late fee. Any account over 90 days automatically goes to collections, and will be out of Hutchins & Hutchins' control.
Warning - all IP addresses are logged, and all fraudulent activity is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
