Hutchins & Hutchins™ is a woman-owned, Small Business that has made giant steps from a basement room enterprise to a full-service 21,000 square foot clean room supply facility, complete with special cleanrooms used for packaging orders.
In 1984, Ronald L. Hutchins, a former sales rep for Honeywell, noticed that his pharmaceutical clients discarded gloves and other apparel after only one use and began to develop the idea of creating a cleanroom supply source in Virginia's beautiful Shenandoah Valley. After 17 years with the company, Hutchins left Honeywell and, along with his wife, started the Hutchins & Hutchins™ cleanroom supply business working from a room in the family basement. Over the years, solid business principles earned industry wide respect for Hutchins & Hutchins™ and the business has enjoyed steady growth.
Daughter, Becky Wiseman came on board in 1988 and in 2000 found herself at the helm of Hutchins & Hutchins™. Wiseman says, "I can't imagine doing anything else!"
As a woman-owned business, Wiseman attained certification from the Department of Minority Business Enterprise (DMBE) and also became an approved vendor for eVa.
Today, Hutchins & Hutchins™ maintains the business principles and vision of its founders. Along with Becky Wiseman, the company's staff of 16 experienced and dedicated employees focus on providing Hutchins & Hutchins™ clients with reasonably priced, quality products with special emphasis on prompt delivery and service.
